What we help with

Common conditions and situations we see with sports rehabilitation.

  • Muscle strains and tears (hamstring, calf, quad)
  • Ligament sprains including ankle and knee
  • Tendon injuries and tendinopathy
  • Overuse and repetitive-strain injuries
  • Return-to-sport after injury or surgery
  • Recurrent injuries that keep coming back

What to expect

A clear, supportive process from your first visit through to recovery.

01

Diagnose and settle

We identify the injury and its stage, then help calm pain and swelling so you can start rehab on the right foot.

02

Rebuild capacity

A progressive strength and mobility programme restores what the injury took away and addresses why it happened.

03

Sport-specific loading

We reintroduce the movements, speeds and demands of your sport gradually, so your body is ready for them.

04

Return-to-play planning

We use clear criteria to decide when you're ready to return, reducing the risk of re-injury.

Our approach

Our rehabilitation is progressive and goal-driven. We combine hands-on treatment with structured strength work, movement retraining and sport-specific loading, guided by objective milestones rather than guesswork — so you return confident and resilient.

Sports Rehabilitation — frequently asked questions

When can I return to sport after an injury?
Return depends on the injury and how your body responds to rehab, not just time. We use strength, movement and control milestones to guide the decision so you return when you're genuinely ready, lowering the risk of re-injury.
Should I rest completely or keep moving?
For most injuries, complete rest is rarely the answer. Guided, gradually increasing loading usually leads to a stronger, faster recovery. We'll show you what's safe to do at each stage.
Can you help me prevent injuries, not just treat them?
Yes. A big part of rehab is addressing the strength, mobility or technique factors behind an injury, which helps reduce the chance of it returning.
